Children with special needs are children who have mental, physical and emotional limitations that are different from normal children, so they need help in maintaining personal hygiene especially dental and oral hygiene. The differences in their limitations affect the behavior of children with special needs in maintaining oral and dental hygiene. This study aims to look at dental and oral hygiene in SLB YPAC Manado, SLB-B GMM Damai Tomohon and SLB-C Catholic Santa Anna Tomohon. This type of research is descriptive, namely research conducted to make a picture or description of a situation objectively. Researchers describe oral and dental hygiene obtained from secondary data from Chistavia, et al (2017) in YPAC SLB Manado and Vivie, et al (2015) in SLB-B GMM Damai Tomohon and SLB-C Catholic Santa Anna Tomohon. The results obtained after reviewing the criteria for dental and oral hygiene in children with special needs is moderate.
