The peak of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DBD) cases in RW 11, Jambudipa Village, Cisarua District, the peak of DBD cases occurred between February and April 2024, with 8 reported cases. The community's level of knowledge, attitudes, and practices can be factors influencing the number of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DBD) cases. This study aims to describe the knowledge, attitudes, and practices of the community in preventing DBD. This is a descriptive study with a sample of 92 respondents in RW 11, divided into 5 RTs. The sampling technique used was Simple Random Sampling. Data collection was done through observation for the practice aspect and interviews using a questionnaire forknowledge and attitude aspects. The study results show that out of 8 respondents with a history of DBD, they werefound to have good knowledge and supportive attitudes, while for the practice aspect, 6 (75%) respondents were deemed negative. These negative practices likelycontributed to the respondents contracting DBD and influenced their preventive actions against DBD. The conclusion of the study is that 72 respondents (78.26%) had good knowledge and 20 respondents (21.74%) had adequate knowledge, all 92 respondents (100%) had supportive attitudes, and 24 respondents (26.09%) had positive practices while 68 respondents (73.91%) had negative practices.
